✅ You CAN:

  • Use PixPal Pro (PPP) in unlimited personal and commercial projects (games, films, VR, etc.).
  • Modify the materials, textures, and shaders for your own work.
  • Ship games or applications containing PPP-based assets (as long as the PPP source files are not easily extractable).
  • Use it in your studio pipeline and let contractors use it while actively working on your project.
  • Create and sell derivative assets (characters, environments, props, etc.) but only with baked textures and not including the PixPal Pro textures and/or shader.

❌ You CANNOT:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense PixPal Pro (or any part of it).
  • Include PixPal Pro in asset packs, toolkits, templates, or public libraries.
  • Distribute the raw textures, shaders, addon, or gradients in editable form.
  • Use PixPal Pro to create competing palette systems or similar products.
  • Give PixPal Pro to anyone except contractors actively working on your project (they must delete it afterward unless they buy their own license).

A single license is for one individual. Studios need one license per seat (or contact us for a Studio License).

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of PixPal Pro, including all materials, textures, shaders, gradients, patterns, Blender addon, documentation, and associated files (“PixPal Pro” or “PPP”).

1. Grant of License Imphenzia Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use PixPal Pro subject to the terms below.

1.1 Permitted Uses You may:

  • Use PPP in any number of personal or commercial projects.
  • Modify PPP for use in your own projects.
  • Distribute compiled games, applications, or rendered media containing PPP-based assets, provided the PPP source files are not accessible or extractable.
  • Use PPP internally within your studio or production pipeline.
  • Create derivative 3D assets (characters, props, environments, etc.) using PPP.

1.2 Seat License This license is for one individual user. Studios and teams must purchase one license per person using PPP, unless a separate Studio License is acquired.

2. Restrictions You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share PPP (or any portion of it).
  • Include PPP (textures, shaders, addon, gradients, etc.) in any asset pack, template, toolkit, or redistributable library.
  • Distribute derivative assets that expose PPP source files in editable form.
  • Upload PPP to public repositories, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
  • Use PPP to create competing products (palette systems, similar material tools, or addons).
  • Remove or circumvent any copyright or protection notices.

3. Contractors & Collaborators Contractors and freelancers may use PPP only while actively working on your project. They must delete all copies upon project completion unless they purchase their own license.

4. Distribution in Compiled Products You may include PPP-based assets in final compiled products (e.g. game executables, builds, rendered films) only if the original PPP files (textures, materials, addon, etc.) are not easily extractable by end users.

5. Ownership All rights, title, and interest in PixPal Pro remain exclusively with Imphenzia Pty Ltd. This Agreement grants a license only — not ownership.

6. Termination This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must immediately delete all copies of PPP. Already-shipped compiled products may continue to be distributed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty PixPal Pro is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Imphenzia Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

9. Updates Imphenzia may release updates to PixPal Pro or this Agreement. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing, downloading, or using PixPal Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
